A sloped lot is not a problem; it is an opportunity for structure. Retaining walls and terracing carve flat, usable space out of a hill — a level lawn where there was a slope, a patio where there was runoff. On properties around Oak Ridges and Lake Wilcox, where the moraine makes grades steep and soils sandy, wall design and drainage matter even more, and we build for it.
On flatter streets, the classics: interlocking driveways and walkways, front entrance makeovers with natural stone steps, and garden and sod packages under mature trees that we design around, not against.
